We view all the short-listed properties with the client. Throughout the
viewings, we represent the client's best interests so all their queries

Rent and lease negotiation
We negotiate hard to attain the lowest possible rent for our clients. We then
negotiate the terms of the lease to ensure the utmost protection for the tenant.

Inventory service
Our inventory check-in itemises the condition of the property before the lease
begins. Our inventory check-out protects against any deposit disputes at the
